file opening version 2010 not openable by other users

Hello
no one in the office can open a 3d file (autocad 2015) saved as format 2010, except me. the file is on the network.
we have tried in all the ways known by us, however the program crashes at 99%.
this file contains three-dimensional objects and few blocks and was made by me; it has a capacity of 2 mb
Can you please tell me why only I can open this file?

dwl files (which are always 2 and hidden) are created by autocad when a design is opened, and at its closure disappear.
what is needed to indicate that file is open (drawing lock) and therefore only a user can work on it, what opened the file originally.
sometimes however, due to program malfunction, or black out, or ........ dwl files remain there where they are, without disappearing, their presence makes that file already open, or at least the program interprets it so even if it is not true, even if I had closed the sw, restarted the machine and relaunched autocad.
therefore the advice that gives you rotten is to copy also the dwl files along with the dwg.
but this advice is, in my opinion, wrong; in fact if a user tries to open a file already open autocad allows him to do so, but he will ask for confirmation to open it in read alone.
This is not your problem, as it looks like that file doesn't really open (except you), i.e. your colleagues can't even open it in read-only.
If, for some reason, there were still dwls, in my opinion they should be erased, autocad turned off of course.
