file problem that does not open

Good morning to all,
I can't open files with autocad 2017. crashes while loading aec civil base elements. Does anyone have any idea how I can solve the problem?

install the object enabler for 2017, probably those for civilization.

I solved by turning off the hardware acceleration. Thank you.
