Good morning.
I, for work, often use files downloaded from the sites of components manufacturers. one of these (which, I think, leans on cadenas) until 15 days ago did not give problems, while for a while I find myself all the files of the completely blocked parts, on which I can do absolutely nothing. I used to get into these files and make some "draws", as attributing the materials (just to have the correct weights) and maybe change some color. I can't do this anymore. at the top of the job list I find a yellow hexagon. (see example attached.
Is there a system to unlock them?

when you try to change something, what message does it look like?

Nothing. simply if I click with the right on any of the processing, or even on the name of the part in another, do not appear in the menu that comes out all those options that go to change the piece, like "modification sketch", "show quotas", "iproperties", etc. and, as you can see from the image I published, all modeling commands are disabled.

seems to be a file-level protection form. Anyway, it's the first time I see something like that.
