fill out table in idw files

hello to all
I need to fill out a table in the table by recalling values from an excel file. in practice when I run the rule I have to be able to choose between different values and then I have to display them in the table. I know that you can do it with ilogic but I have no idea how to set the rule.someone can help me?

and to the request select the excel file
