find a 3d model (nestrest)

Hello everyone!! It is my first discussion, so excuse me if I am wrong something in this period I am preparing a 3d model of a restaurant and I would absolutely need this furniture: http://www.formfonts.com/viewmodel.php?id=16023 as you see this is the only site where you can download the "nestrest" (the name of this sofa) and it is for a fee and I was wondering if nobody knew a "magical" way to have it given that the option would be to do it in alias study probably it is a stupid question but before I came across the creation I decided to ask for help hahahahaha thank thousand of the attention

I ask you this question because, with a small course on alias of 2 hours you would have managed to brass what you wanted in a few minutes.

Yes... but I don't need the model in alias, it's a program that I can use pretty well so I can do it but I need the model in 3dmax and I know I could convert it into obj and use it in 3dmax but for the job I have to do I should avoid too heavy objects.
