flat breakdown at table not performed

Hello everyone,
I find myself struggling with a model (not very well done unfortunately) that gives me problems regarding a flat breakdown to bring to the table, in practice it is not reported
I also wanted to ask if there is a method (besides setting almost zero details etc) to increase its performance, to import a partition (as long as it is such) it takes 5 /6 minutes, a disproportionate fear and anyway I never happened with other models even very complex. the priority however is for the flat distribution the rest I can still manage it.

what can be understood by 2 images that only say that flattened view does not match?
you do not know how the sheet is made, nor what settings it has.

Let's guess. . .

Thank you so much for the massive answer, I did the part before a mess of the m... I don't understand sometimes how to do it.. a simple sheet like that.. had a micro cut extrusion... then the model slows in an incredible way even with details to the minimum.
