Hello, everyone.
I am having trouble setting the alignment different from the default of flat repetition of a sheet.
Having materials in the company, such as satin stainless steel, the sheet must follow the finishing so I need to change the alignment of the flat repetition so that for example, the long side of the flat sheet is aligned to the x axis.
In inventor, it's feasible, so I imagine here too, but I can't get out of it.

p.
I managed to set this thing only when exporting to dxf, but I saw that this setting does not remain as information in the part, but only during the export, so for example in the table I still have to rotate the view manually.

Can you help me? 😅

I'm sorry, but shouldn't this choice be the one who runs the nesting on the laser?
Knowing what direction your brushing must be, during the nesting generation you should block the possibility to rotate the figure so that it is cut towards the sense of the sheet finish. and true that in inventor you can manage the direction of the flat model but it is also true that once the operator has a dxf in hand the software that manages the nesting can be set in any way (at least for personal experiences).

I hit my nose today. you need to edit the flat repetition function and there you find the "fibre direction" box. see the attached pictures. Let me know if you were able to solve this.
