flexibility strap in sw

Hi, I wanted to know how to make a solidworks belt flexible, precise that the belt was created with the belt/chain option in assembly environment. What I would like to do is a simulation (sw motion) of a transmission system where there are pulleys that rotate, but one of these pulleys is connected to an arm (the shape strap) that must swing; in its swing the belt must adapt to the movements of the pulley (linked to the arm) and the pulley should not cross it. I also tried to make it flexible with the "make a flexible part" option and to set the material but nothing changes. Thank you for your patience.

yes, in fact the position of the belt is updated going to move the arm, but if you want to make a simulation (with solidworks) going to put a motor that oscillates on the base of the arm, swinging also the pulley I would like the belt to remain attached to the pulley and therefore adapts to the movements of the pulley.

the updating of the belt (it happens only out of solidworks motion) does not happen in the simulation remains in the initial position so I can not pin a key for the belt.
