Can you make a flat roof without an attic wall?

not tramplable of course.

If yes, do you know where I have to put any drips or anything?
I mean, I don't know how to handle it.

depends on the construction technique. the easiest thing is to buy everything with a triple cross layer of tar sheath. in such case it is appropriate to think a slope of 2-3% and to lay the roof of at least 20 cm from the wall. then to this it is good to add a gronda that collects rain water.
