for those who use vault... i need help! !

Good morning,

I took the big step and took inv.2011 with its vault in the office,
now after installing everything for benign on the server and on the clients I was beginning to load the files on vault (which I had never used...) and I went into several problems, so if I find who wrote the various manuals contained in the installation cd I spread the face.. .
My problems are mainly two:
- if I load the files with autoloader does not allow me to use the unique names and consequently makes me a thousand copies of the various pieces in common between different projects I wanted to know how you did and how you do
- I tried to load a drawing in autoloader I made a modification extinguishing it from the vaul and now it does not allow me to archive it, it tells me restriction: to maintain the correct relationship between the data, it is mandatory to archive the modified project files with the appropriate program.

1) open the vault: tools > administration > vault settings. "Apply unique file names"

If you use the vault you must have a vault project active. at this point instead of using the "open" command uses the "open from the vault" command and he asks you whether or not to extract the file.
