I should analyze a structure in the linear field, I streamlined it to the maximum....eliminate holes, fittings, mathematicians "complex" ,
but the following error exists....
can I eat?

try to vary the size of the mesh, try to make it less dense.. What elements do you use? tetrahedri or hexaedri (supposing it is a solid mesh)? What order? order elements one tend to discrete less well curved edges very strong. .

not least, check that in the starting cad there are no suppressed features that the mesh algorithm is trying to discuss even if they are not actually part of geometry

this in principle for any fem.. without knowing freecad... then I think in the dedicated forum can be more accurate for the specific software

use tetrahedri... solved thanks....I simplified math further and I stuck the mesh... everything ok
