the decision of 4 August 2009, n. 43-11965 (b.u.r.p. 31 of 6.8.2009) enters into force on 1 October 2009.
- the procedure for calculating the energy performance of buildings,
- the certification certificate model,
- the list of professionals enabled,
- the procedures for carrying out the training course.
At its meeting on 4 August the regional committee approved:
- Resolution No 45-11967 laying down implementing provisions on solar thermal plants, plants powered by renewable sources for the production of electricity and solar greenhouses (in force since 1 October 2009),
- Resolution No 46-11968 updating the plan for environmental heating and air conditioning (in force since 1 December 2009).
