from image jpeg to dwg or dxf

Good morning to all
I have to put a logo (in jpeg format) in a paper mill to create a table.
I tried with insert image and everything went well in fact if except drawing boards I see the cart
correctly with the logo, but if except the same drawing in dxf or dwg the logo disappears me.
Maybe I have to save the logo otherwise?
Who can help me?

I don't think we can turn a jpg image into dxf/dwg ................. you should logo with lines and fields .

images are not compatible with pure dwg or dxf. you can try with wintopo that turns raster images into dwg dxf and use the logo as vector and not as image.
