Hello everyone!
a problem arises in the modeling of a diamond roof, which to be clear is subdivided into triangular portions with vertices to different quotas, having to realize the structure with a mesh of beams to join them I need adaptive beams, the problem is not this however... the adaptive beam works on a mashata surface with the check knots corresponding to the affected surface following the trend.
how can I create a mass from the surface of a roof, which I have already shaped using the control points, (the roof has also internal manipulation points to the contour)? or better is it possible to divide a surface of a mass into flat portions by selecting the internal edges from the above roof?
do this; how can I order the grid (v/u) so that all under portions have the grill ordita in the same direction (and not how does automatic revit with arbitrary orientation for each triangular portion? (p.s. without having to rotate all one by one by typing the angle of rotation)
