from solid igs

hello to all and excuse the beginner's question. . .someone can tell me if it is possible to turn an igs file into solid? Thank you.

hi x what I know about the surfaces you have with the igs you have to join them (command "union") making them a single block. then in part design with the closing surface command comes out the solid ke you need xò tied to the surfaces to make it autonomous and to have + clean the file copiii the solid obtained and paste special-> result. and the game is done. you have to use this command to get the solid otherwise it makes you see all the surfaces in a single block but always surf remains....and you can't do anything then... locking it solid instead you manage it right then in this way. I hope to have explained.:smile:
