Hello everyone
I would like to fold a rectangular sheet in order to overlap the 2 extremities of 50 mm , I tried with the torospheric blend but coupled the sheet at the end without overlapping, my sheet will be + close to a spiral that to a bull. there is some solution thanks:finger:

hi, I don't know if this solution can suit you, because I didn't start on a flat sheet side but on a solid side:
1. a sloped surface of revolution; the height (1,1 in the example) you have to calculate it so that the surface at point 2 screws 1 turn+50mm
2. propeller surface
3. intersection between the surfaces (=> curve spiral) and projection on the plane
4. copy to obtain composite curve with extension of an extreme (0.1) to have a reference plan in the transformation of the sheet metal part
5. solid sweep and sheet metal transformation
