hello to everyone and thanks to anyone who can help me!
as from object I would like to extract a edge from a flat surface of a solid, then create a sketch and realize with that same profile an extrusion.
the problem is that when I take a edge this is part of the geometric group and I do not hesitate to insert it inside a sketch.
What's wrong?

... however when you are in the sketch you just need to use the command "project 3d elements".
