generation am_* autocad full

Hello, everyone.
on autocad full 2024, in some files when I generate a text an am_0 or am_6 layer appears there is a way to reset this setting?
online I found nothing and it has never been installed mechanical that has these settings. (only thing I understand is that autocad mechanical has this setting)

some things have been imported from outside files... (so it can be) but we use only smooth acad so we have to disable this thing as soon as possible friction is a delirio. .

normal autocad cannot create layers independently (unless it is a novelty of 2024, but I do not find trace)
to get that result you have to make changes on the commands or use integrations like lisp, add-in, etc.
