Good morning.
I should explain to my client how to do (if you can do...) export a part *.catpart to a file *.stp. in the native catia there are geometric groups. My need would be to have a digestible stp file from my cam with layers equivalent to geometric groups.
tells me that catv5r19 in the export settings in stp can set the protocol (214 or 203 approximately..) and little more.
You know how to do that? for me it is necessary because my cam (unlike wnc for example seeing the catv5 tree) uses levels and there are subdivided into surfaces to work in multioffset. maybe some advanced setup, batch program..
