Hello everyone, I hope you can help me on a doubt that engulfs me, in practice I do not understand the role of geometric tolerances during the stackup of tolerances. In the example of the localization toll the 85 squared quota, is meant 85±0.05 because from what I understood the localization toll applied to a surface is as if it was affected by a symmetric dimensional tolerance. for perpendicularity instead, since the size is not squared, in the calculation we proceed by adding to 85.2 +0.1 coming from the value of perpendicularity, or even in this case ±0.05? for runout and flatness follows the same principle of perpendicularity?
Thank you so much in advance!
