documentation well translated in Italian but it is about the v5 and not as from request v6

I am a cad designer, precisely on inventor, a couple of months ago the company I worked for closed and now I am in trouble with children.
two days ago the owner of a similar company meets me on the street and tells me that he needs a mechanical designer, however on the catia!!! then taken from need I told him yes and I have an interview Wednesday.
now I have given the software (I have found catia v6 r 2009) and I have seen that good or bad are similar, but I can not find trivial things and taken from the anxiety of a short time needed help. I would like to ask a few questions to understand where the keys are to do what I look for on catia:
0)use as data source sample.3dxml, all right?
1)as you save a part (I don't have the save as command...)
2)in assembly design is normal that I can't find the key to import the parts?
3)what is the key where mechanical processing appears
4)in the workbench which is the key for the welded axieme
5)in the workbench what is the button for sheet metal
6)In drawing I do not find the key (of the guide) to import objects.
They may seem trivial questions, but I don't want to have a limited version that might block me certain functions.

hi the questions you ask about v6.
in the forum you hardly find people using v6. I also assume that in your next interview they ask you about v5.
Try giving you a recent version of v5, from the r19 onwards they are all the same.

also give an eye to the documentation section. is rich in links and various suggestions on documentation.
Also make sure to post the questions in the v5 or v6 section depending on your need.

roxill in the internet are found some collections of videos on how to use catia. I personally found two different types. they are very well made but they are in english of course. If you want to look for them.
