Hello everyone
I would like to better understand how the process of thermal treatments entrusted to third parties works: If for example I send a dozen trees to tempt the treatmentist will put them together in an oven together with other pieces? can manage also requests of different hardnesses or the furnace must be selected for identical final hardness?
Is the straightening phase a bit cloudy? the treatmentist at the end of treatment takes the pieces and “raddrize” them in press according to what requirements? should be done only with long pieces or also for more homogeneous geometries? Sorry ignorance, but in the company it rarely happens to use hardened pieces and it is simply said that it is tempered, but beyond the technical/theoretical requirements I would like to better understand the real management of these treatments
