helical scale: conscious development autocad 2015

Good morning to all
I realized a helical scale with autocad 2015, and I would need to get from the 3d the development of the cons for cutting.
I explain better: from solid 3d, I have to make the piece to cut to the plasma and then to die.
I searched on the forum, but with autocad there is no explanation
Can you tell me how to do this?
