do all the pieces of ø 22.5, then create a sketch on a plane where lies the axis of your helid of a profile (closed) as you want it to be your rake and then make a revolution of subtraction from your helid..[/quote
It is not very clear to me... because the spiral passes from 22.5 to 32.5 and then42.5 the various step and the spirals are incremental.....
to give you an idea I attach the image of the set of where the coclea will be introduced...with the sketch created in the files attached to you what can I create? So, I suppose a little cochlea like the one you posted goes to a doser or maybe a little extruder.
so it will probably have to copy the outer shirt fairly faithfully and maybe it will be done by finishing the external profile on the lathe.
to tell you that the face of the external profile on the edges that increase in diameter will not be parallel to the rotation axis.
I'm just guessing because I don't know your job, but in case you've gotten rid of it, the example I attach is more consonant and especially faster and easier to change.
another speech should be made for the points of passage from one step to another:
with the helical command it is easy to find itself at an increase in unevenness.
the ideal is to create a spinline of your external profile and use it as a trajectory of a sweep...but this is another story.![]()
How can you create?? ?to give you an idea I attach the image of the set of where the coclea will be introduced...with the sketch created in the files attached to you what can I create?
fantastic!!! Here's the result...How can you create?? ?
Scroll the working tree and see how I did it, so you realize that it served me to make a subtraction revolution and create the outer profile of your neck.
