help!!! custom default on nx8 in windows 7

I have a problem with custom defaults in nx8 with windows 7.
imposed parameters from file\utility\default_personalized and saves everything in a file c:\users\user\appdata\local\unigraphics solutions\nx80\nx80_user.dpv
the problem and that at the next opening of nx8 does not charge the parameters set in default, why?
in old versions with win xp I set the file ugii_env_ug.dat:

ugii_local_user_defaults="${userprofile}\local settings\data application\unigraphics solutions\nx4\nx4_user.dpv"

while with windows 7 (not having documents and settings) what path to set?

the problem is partly solved.
the program actually reads the nx80_user.dpv file but nn manages to load all settings defined in the file.
e.g. if imposed the object colors, at the new session remain the same default initial.
other ball diameter settings in design feature if I change the diameter, load the file
why not all settings are loaded from the program where am I wrong?
