help inventor: insert bolts from center content

Hello everyone,
I am a material engineering student and I am following a very basic invetor course (5 cfu) so I apologize if I use an untechnical language.
I'm designing an ironing engine and I'm practically finished modeling all the pieces and assembling them. at this point I have to insert bolts in the various holes (no specific type is indicated to me, let's say that everything is okay).

I find myself having to join together three pieces, the first has a non-threaded hole with 9.5mm diameter for a depth of 3mm which then becomes 8mm wide for another 4mm depth, at this point begins the second piece that has a hole always not threaded wide 6mm and deep 50, finally the third piece (support) has a hole indicated m6 with thread for 10mm and other 3mm without thread.

from the content center I tried to insert several bolts but I can't give settings that satisfy all these diameter changes.

Can anyone help me?

Thank you.

p.s. use inventor 2014 pro

so to the eye I would say to you that nothing exists with those measures as a standard component of commerce, at least..... I've never seen one
