Hello guys my name is federico and work with solidworks 2011, I have a small problem with the sheets; when I activate the flat repetition displays the unloading (laceration), this creates problems in the realization of the tables and in the creation of the file for the cnc.
Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

the discharge there is and there must be; Otherwise, you couldn't do that.
rather than laceration in that case you should use it Rectangular discharge that is more "real", drawable and quotable in 2d for the laser cutting file (... you meant by cnc?).

if you do not want to download, you must bring the fold line out of the sheet (not on the edge as it is now from the image), at least equal to the fold radius... In this case, however, the piece changes and I don't know if it's the end you wanted to get.

thanks to your advice,
I mean a numerical control machine; in the company we use it to cut the plates, the problem of the exhaust occurs in generating the dwg.
I noticed that opening the file on another location, when I activate the flat repetition command, in displaying the laceration line is not visible, so I think it is a problem of options..you think?
