I personally recommend a pc with a decent video card a rtx 3050 base or version you or a professional entry level vga of the rtx a2000 6gb picture type.
a pc only with the integrated vga of the processor for me doesn't make much sense... too limited I would add at least 8gb of ram... 32gb is perfect.

thanks to the shy answer and I understand your point of view.but my use would be very simple because I have to bring it to Ethiopia to a guy who wants to start designing with autocad so I don't want to make the wrong purchase

The car is a bit chaste. I don't say that autocad doesn't turn around, but it goes tight. also the ssd (only and only) from 256gb is limited. a 40gb if it takes windows, a 2-3 autocad, put paging, temporary etc, you remain free a 200gb for everything else. the processor is a bit dated and will go a lot on temperature, especially because he is forced into that house. Unfortunately it has a temp limit of 72°, so it probably goes often in thermal trottling.

with those characteristics you can do little and nothing, the processor has only 2 cores (they would need minimum 4 cores), no dedicated video card (preferably starting from a mid-range nvidia), very small computer houses (to make better flow the air inside the house, better have one larger and well ventilated), little ram (minimum 16 nowadays), etc. In short: I highly recommend spending a little more to take a more performing computer, since modern software now requires more important specifications. If you still take this computer, the only way to exploit it in autocad would be to download a very dated version, for example autocad 2010. Besides, we all started like this.
