Good morning, I'm a student who's doing tesin for maturity, as a project I happened to reverse engineering a manual slicer (precisely the manual slicer of the berkel). the mechanism to move forward in a linear sense is a link to a linear guide, but I can't understand the mechanism to advance the carrier board horizontally. in the attached design, there is a representation that I took from a manual.
there is the block circled in heaven, stand still and fight for advancement when the table returns back. I managed to understand that the red part beats on detail 33, the 33 back in position thanks to spring 31. the problem now is how the table goes forward and back, taking into account that one can lie all the fly 40 to move in "folle" the table.
