hose in combination

enriazzo99

Guest
good morning to all I wanted to ask if possible, how can I proceed to realize the path of a hose in a set so that the hose changes when they are extended and when they are retracted.
I attach an example of the path that should make the tube in both positions.
Thank you very much in advance

I had already done research and I had found something but unfortunately I can not understand how I do with a spline with fixed length to make him make the path I want (like the one attached in the previous post), if I make a spline when I make the movement the spline changes to his liking

I don't know how to do differently, I saw that you also use electric sw routing that I don't have. I ask you kindly if you can advise me how to do or link the discussion where they talk about it. Thank you.

if you have the routing module with premium solidworks it is a spline that will follow the rest of the components when moving. if it moves so that you don't like it you can also configure the quota, but if it is a flexible hose just define the total length

spline is a continuous curve that has control points. should be used, in mechanics, for developments on three floors. its nature makes it uncontrollable if not properly binding control points.
therefore for the construction of flexible is not suitable, it is advisable to use tangent lines and arches. molding directly into the set you can use 3d sketch to make the path. the length of the flexible and the only necessary quotas are the minimum curved rays.
link to me the discussion where they speak
if you do not write first what discussions you have already looked at risk of reporting them again doing a useless research job

I have seen now that you have no routing, however it is equal, in the environment of together you make a new part inside the axieme and connect the two points of the two components that interest you, or with a spline or with lines and curves that then you will join with the path function

ok until what you wrote I had already thought about it but regarding the point that wrote massivonweizen to use altitude path in the 3d sketch is not present as I do?

thanks for the answer in fact I had already tried with lines and rays pero as I responded to asblo I have problems with the distance in a 3d sketch

What does that mean? the route quota (me may not be that, I am going to memory) is present as a quota method and should be usable also in 3d sketches.
writing "I have problems is no use to understand what blocks you.

I repeat for the millionth time: it must be who asks help to provide all the information to solve the problem by attaching possibly files, schemes, screenshots.

Forgive me for the poor description. by "I have problems" I meant that the quota route in a 3d sketch is disabled therefore unusable.

You tried with some equation. . . example the sum of the 4 segments must be 100 the first 2 from 10 segments make them perpendicular to the faces of the connector, with point corresponding to the face. should bind your movement together. I don't know if I explained well.1652364114594.webp

correct. the method for creating the path, without routing and without spline, is this; with the fitting is added the bending of the flexible (the fitting however will create problems in the equation.

Thank you very much for the answer. Unfortunately it causes my poor knowledge I did not understand much how to proceed. However we say that I solved by creating the tube in two configurations: an extended and retractable configuration every time I move the cart to which it is connected.

These are not things that are explained in two lines. in the forum are explained many procedures, often accompanied by attachments; you must have the patience to seek and try
Surely a targeted course in which to ask for specific procedures would be ideal for those who are first weapons (taking for granted that internal tutorials were made to acquire the basics)
