Hourly rate for bim modeling??? It's a joke, isn't it? ?
in all the works I participated in we have never been paid at hours but according to the commission. Moreover it is quite different to realize a bim model of a residential building compared to a stadium, a bim lod model 200 respect a lod 400, with or without structures in reinforced concrete and/or steel or wood, with all plants or only with hvac or nothing. . They serve different skills that have completely different costs. It's over the design era of lines a bit at the kilo. does not work anymore

hi tristan, therefore for a two-family of 100 square meters on three levels (of which a basement) for lod200 (communal practice) without structures and mep as you rule?

excluding relief or project (measures are important...), with already defined materials, with standard families (you said for a trail...).
excluding the toponomastica (relief of the soil)
No demolition. .
