Unfortunately there is no other way to recreate it again, I suggest you save in the same directory of the ifeature also the part from which it was created, in this way you can more easily recreate the ifeature.
or you can directly open the ifeature from where you saved it (I remind you that it has .ide extension), and from there you can change something....but as stiky said, do first to remake it that modifies it. . .
