how to create a distinct base

Could someone tell me how to proceed to create and then call a distinct base in a drawing? I would need to know what steps to do for this operation and be able to insert without problems in each drawing the table that calls all parts and the relative parameters of an axis.

first you need to define parameters in individual parts/axieme
(code description material quantity etc. etc. )

at this point in the drawing you have to create a table, which you carry in each cell,
the @nomeparameter, columns for each parameter, etc etc etc

made the table, this is automatically filled ( thanks to @ )

made the first table, you can save it and insert it in all the drawings you want
