hi to everyone, for a few days I've been trying to use creo 2.0, I come from solidworks and I need advice, it's stupid maybe but I'm going crazy! ! !
I created a solid extruded starting from a sketch that provides a geometry formed by arches and tangents.
now I should get some sort of "grade", that is, I should perform an offset of the external surfaces and remove material up to a certain height, going to ultimately create an accommodation.
I tried to project the sketch and perform the offset, but with this feature it is not possible to execute the extrusion!
How can I do to avoid having to redesign all the starting sketch?
Thank you all!

Hi, you should copy the surfaces, make an offset of those, and then cut the solid.

excuse the question...but how can you copy the surfaces?
Thank you.

for me do first to make a cut and inside the sketch copy the scale of edge with offset (if you put the loop option you don't even have to select all the edges but only the surface)

edit
or do offset with deformed features and create the sketch always by copying the edges with offset
