how to eliminate edges in parts face failed?

save sometimes I happen that importing step the generated solid is failed as to generate face parts; to avoid subsequent problems in the loading of good standard I try to delete the useless parts and keep the external ones for the encumbrances etc repairing them, with the various commands copy faces, eliminate faces, insert faces.
the thing that gives me more problems happens when I eliminate a face but I remain a suspended edge that there is no way to eliminate; It also happens to you, there is a lisp or something to eliminate these edges, also because the specific command eliminates edges I did not find it and when I delete 3d eliminates the parts and eliminates faces obviously eliminates me only the faces.

ciao @kaji I've always had this kind of problem, too.
I don't use the designer's cad anymore. (now a few years).
I remember, however, that some edges could eliminate them, the times when it wasn't possible because otherwise the whole part or part would disappear, I had to change approach and if possible I asked the supplier the 3d file in another format. However I never saved as part of the face in the plm, because then it goes to impact during the creation of neutral files of groups everywhere this component is inserted. (e.g. group pvz the editor could not generate them, or had problems with the db for morphological research). If there is a solution surely will make colleagues happy.
