how to extrude a solid with curved variable section

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with 3d autocad: the building to be extruded has a variable section and in different points it is curved, how can I do? which commands are most indicated? I try to attach a jpg. ! !

create a closed contour of section , and extrude it.

but the image attached what is it? The plant? Don't you just destroy that shape?

in the image there is the scheme of the plant. I could extrude directly from the plant if it was a single body with the same height, and it is not...I try to explain myself better:
the narrow and long part is high type from 3 to 6 mt then turns and develops the real tall building at least 10-12mt. (I must make a rendering of a masterplan, therefore it is still all approximate).

divide the plant into individual components and extrude them according to their heights.
When the individual pieces fit you so some are, you join them in a single solo, if it's necessary.

The base you have, you draw the top of the right odds, and then you make a nice loft...
