Yes, because I'm in two different angles and it doesn't really make me create any superfice i.e. when I go to use the command I don't take the lines in tangenza

Like I said. .
first create the red surface (which seems to me to plan)
then the green one (which seems to me just as flat)
you can do 2 sketches on the 2 different floors projecting the existing elements and adding others.
and then turn into solid thickness 0
