Hello, everyone! !
I write you because I have this problem, and you can certainly give me a handle:biggrin:

on autocad 2011 I wanted to model a ceiling lamp, to use in my renderings... I have 3d knowledge with basic commands, I used it at high school as a geometra, I tried in every way that my mind could imagine, but I can't... Do I need to use mesh and/or nurbs, or do I need it? ?

I wanted to do it like this:

You could try by doing a section of the ceiling and generate the solid of revolution, at the bottom I think it's circular from the image you posted.

thank you all!!! In fact, yes, the revolution is the way, but it did not transform the curved line in polylinea, told me that it found 2 segments instead of 4 despite I had drawn under vegetable garden and it was all xy. But now he did.
already that you are, can you tell me something about the other problem I have, in the other topic I opened? ?
