how to print drawings?

Hello I have the problem of having to print (not having a printer ) the tables in a photocopier: assuming that they do not have cat licenses to open such files...what is it necessary to do to export the boards in other format? (pdf or image)
I banally tried to open drawing files with image applications...useless to say the result was bad

the problem lies in the fact that I do not understand how to save the document9 drawing in pdf format: I tried using the press command but the result that below (not conform to the expectations in quento for reasons of zoom I then lose details like the motor that comes to be represented as a full colored circle) I can not use it as it is simply a 4 sheet with in the center the drawing
How could I solve this?
Is there a command/procedure?

save by name............ and then choose pdf......

In addition if that is a preview, when you print use "the whole document" and not "visual" , xcè at least do not see the grid even if I personally would remove it by turning it off......
