how to quote architectural design

Good morning, everyone!
I can't understand how to quote an architectural design with autocad 2010.
I searched on the internet and didn't understand much because more than anything else explain how to change the settings at different scales.
I really need to figure out how to quote it.
I designed using the meters as a unit and should print 1:50 scale

I think I've solved. .going on annotated and then on quota! easier than I imagined

move them for what reason? if you have to remove them from geometry to make them more visible there are the grips, two on the arrows and one on the text of the quota

because often the text tends to move on one side while I would like it on another and I noticed that moving the quota line slightly moves the text too.
