the pos is the document in which all measures of prevention and protection are contained in the activities of the yard in order to safeguard the physical safety of workers.
the single text for safety (Legislative Decree 81/2008) provides for the obligation of the employer of an executive undertaking to draft the pos (security operational plan) with the minimum content provided for in Annex xv; the safety coordinator during the execution phase will have the obligation to verify the suitability of this document.
annexed to this article we propose a scheme of pos elaborated by the working group of the province of Padua, in collaboration with the provincial coordinating committee.
