how to save toolbox elements in a set?

I searched in the forum but found nothing specific.
in the office we have two solidworks 2016 licensed stations and elaborate products are directly saved on the company server. I describe what happens sometimes.
model in the posting to realize a set in which there are elements taken from the toolbox.
I take up the work done by posting b and I happen that this part lose their characteristics (generally become huge) and I can't bring them back correctly if not removing them and reinserting them.
understand how uncomfortable it can be!
I would therefore like to make sure that, by saving the axieme in a certain folder, the elements of the toolbox inserted are saved, making them autonomous. I would like to set both the terminal to and b with this rescue system.

Hi.

You need to save the ''toolbox' folder on the server. you will then have to address the two pcs by means of propietà>toolbox>ecc. in that folder so that you can use the toolbox on the server.

It's definitely a great solution but I'd rather untie the elements inserted by the toolbox. In this way I could also bring the folder to the local with the project in question and work without being connected to the server and then pour it all out.

If I have understood the best solution is to create a own library at this point. but you would parse the functionality of the toolbox (configurations, sizes, properties etc.)
