regarding the theoretical aspect of the tire I recommend the book "pneumatic complete course" while for the oleodynamics I found useful the manual of oleodynamics of the home publishing new techniques that however costs a casino... I took them to the library (try to ask, have a network between libraries and even if they can't let them arrive).
for practice and exercises is better to do targeted courses
