As from title, I am looking for information regarding the 250% amortization for the purchase of machinery.
in particular with regard to management software that must be implemented to the machinery.
on the official gazette I feel like I don't find anything beyond generic indications.
Has anyone already taken this path and knows anything about it?

hi, the list of software is contained in Annex b of the 2017 budget law (you find them elencati qui)

the software upgrade is 140% and not 250%. note well: you can only access the benefits for the software if you also make an investment in material goods between those listed in the Annex to facilitates to 250% (machines, hmi etc.)

It is a limit case that can also be presented in other cases. As it is not required that the hw and sw investment relate to the same asset, you could, for example, buy 3 smartwatch (600 euros) to have hmi dedicated to the maintainer's wrist and unlock a sw investment for cybersecurity.

the question was whether it could actually be possible to access that formula or similar to how you said [Franco] (more than a while ago a well-known software house manufacturer of a certain cad 3d, today I think very widespread, advertised this printer + sw solution and access to the super/iper amortamento).

the question was also and above all to understand what could be the minimum hw investment to unlock the investment on the sw cad 3d (if the latter were admitted and not excluded in some way that I do not see) because the consultant of the company for which I work says that there is absolutely no escape as confirmed by the local revenue office..... .
