If you came to me with the work done in another company, reworked (rendering) for your purpose by corporate means but also not... you would have no opportunity to be hired, and you would be immediately removed.
reading then all the following comments seems to me you have very confused ideas, an unjustified self-esteem and a feeling of giving and having completely distorted.
I repeat my first advice go abroad, do experience, alternatively finish your studies without stopping working and doing a serious autocritic because a company that accepts without blinking the damages that you have quantified if it lets you go so easily at this time in which you do not find personnel capable or incapable, and despite knowing that those who will arrive will be again to instruct (know) and will make mistakes (other costs) perhaps.
