i can't open file version archicad 11

Hello everyone.. .
I have a problem, they sent me an email project to edit.
the version they sent me is in archicad 11
I have the 10 and when I open the file... a message appears to me: "unknown version document (11.001)"

I thought you could open it quietly. . .

-Is there a way that whoever saves the file should save it in a certain way so that I can open it?(How do you do between 10 and 9)

- is it possible that whoever sends me the file, has an archicad 11 version, which does not give the possibility to save a file to open it to another version?

I hope to receive some answers as soon as possible because I have to deliver this job and I don't know how to do it. .

you have to save the file in archicad 10, with version 11 can do it quietly
