i don't see the colored deformed

Hello everyone I am new and I am doing a thesis with some analysis to the finite elements.I have a 2d meshato model and loaded both mechanically and thermally. Now when I try to turn the solution my model looks all blue and only the perimeter edges color. Can you tell me how I can see the deformed not only on the edges but on the whole model? is it a matter of scale? that with ansys is the /dsca command???? Thank you in advance

I do /dsca,,100 and I try up to 1000 but can't see who can help me?

Are you sure there's a deformed to display? Have you tried to see the shifting nodal values?
