hello to all I would like to design a straw house developed in 80-100 square meters per floor consisting of ground floor first floor and attic.. this house will also be subject to study and vision by the polytechnic of torino and faculty of architecture. .
are looking for a building plot to be able to realize it and build it by obtaining all the raw material in nature.
the supporting frame will be executed in wooden beams with a casket system where the straw bale will be placed and also the roof and the floor covered with structure that holds the straw as insulator.. for the plaster I would like to use raw soil and clay for the whole interior and exterior coating and I would like to exploit geothermal for heating. . I would like to create an ecological house with all the effects made of self-construction paying only 50% of municipal charges for tax reliefs allowed for bio-building and paying an engineer for structural calculation. . .
Do I need a file already set for this type of construction?
