My name is olivier and I would like to make some steel pieces in the annex. If you know a company or a person who can make them cheap, I will be grateful... there are already 3d files ready in (.par , iges. parasolid...) from solid edge.
for any other info, my availability remains absolute.

apart from drawings are chaotic and difficult to understand
except that I find no indication of the material and any thermal treatments
apart from that I don't understand what it has to do with jewelry and jewellery
beyond this, I believe that any "precision" workshop in your area is able to make these pieces
on the "low cost"... depends on what you mean by bass, seen and considered that you generally get what you pay

the question is simple: do you know a company that can produce small steel pieces with imaginative shapes? the maximum quotas are those on the design and the unit of measurement is the mm.
don't worry about understanding the drawing the rest will come later.

hi olibass2011, I see you use hipermill, but I assume you don't have the "home" workshop. Can't those you prepare the cam help you?

Are they prototypes? Can a first 3d plastic prototype be enough? Surely you find something in the region. Then you would make the metal piece when the functionality is verified, perhaps at the same company, that a small series work center might have it.

If they are not unique pieces some turning machine with something more than a parallel lathe should be able to make both pieces with "abbable" costs. Of course the required tolerances have to make sense, if you can expand them, it's easier to find who listens to you.
some model/hobbista could be enough for you with a 220v turn-fresh in the garage.. .

hello guys, thank you for your very constructive answers... in fact my first idea was to realize them in my company... only that a single piece requires to turn the raw part with a rope for holding in milling and then cut the cord after to stay with the finished piece then waste of steel as it would throw 75%. ..I can't make them plastic because those pieces will be subjected to very high tensile and compression stress due to the transmission system of the forces...have patience that they are of French-speaking mother... you are right reborn on the tolerances... being a prototype, I'd just keep the most important... i.e. the game between the 2 pieces... I am facing the forum and especially the jewelry for the small size of the pieces...

So you're looking for the goldsmith sector by pointing to some merger process? I doubt that, if you may be able to steel, this may have the same mechanical characteristics as a full cutter.
However: if it was a piece of steel from 40€/kg, as big as the bed of luigi xiv, I would understand the scruple of the gross/net weight, but I see surprise size of the ovetto kinder.. .

both obtaining them with "traditional" systems (export of truciole) and with sls-dmp techniques
but they are not in the brands and are not

I also came up with the idea of designing a special tool to keep the pieces turning and milling to lower the volume of the crude.. .
