when in combination position this screw that here comes no longer from the acler design because in the browser it continues to be identified as component of the d.a.
you can make the symbol of the ipt ie appear the yellow square

As far as I know, using the da, you can not make the parts of the center content "as customized" and, therefore, with the "yellow square".
I also tried to raise the level (no level of detail or strange location) but it is disabled (inv2011).

In my opinion, there are only two roads:
1. place individual parts of the cc as "personalized" instead of as standard;
2. make a simple copy-paste of the axieme generated by; in this case, the new file takes the icon of a set but the operations that you can do are limited.
